This is proposed due to the lack of tourist infrastructure in the area, and it also seeks to create a space that is not only functional and welcoming but also represents the cultural and natural identity of the region. To achieve this, research was conducted, including the analysis of architectural references, field studies, and local consultations. dc.description.abstractEl desarrollo de esta investigación se enfoca en el diseño y la implementación de un Complejo Turístico en Playas Villamil, aplicando los principios de la arquitectura vernácula-costera. Esto se plantea por la carencia de infraestructuras turísticas en el área, además busca crear un espacio que no solo sea funcional y acogedor, sino que también represente la identidad cultural y natural de la región. Para ello, se realizó una investigación que incluyó análisis de referentes arquitectónicos, estudios de campo y consultas locales.
